The TQ-RoboDrive ILM-E Series combines high torque density, low weight and compact dimensions with a cost-optimized design for scalable humanoid joints. Its frameless stator-rotor architecture provides integration flexibility, while different diameters, axial lengths and electrical configurations support a range of joint requirements. A high degree of manufacturing automation enables repeatable series production and an attractive price-performance ratio for applications moving toward higher volumes. Based on motor technology with roots in robotics research at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), ILM-E brings TQ-RoboDrive’s robotics heritage together with a platform developed for efficient industrialization.
