NEURA Robotics Acquires B.A.H. Industrial Solutions

NEURA Robotics announced the acquisition of B.A.H. Industrial Solutions GmbH, a long-established specialist in control system construction, quality inspection, industrial assembly and engineering with around 140 employees.

New subsidiary NEURA Electronics

B.A.H. Industrial Solutions will continue to operate as a full subsidiary of NEURA Robotics under the name NEURA Electronics GmbH but will retain its operational focus on control system construction. The aim is not only to maintain the production site, but to expand it massively – with modern processes, additional expertise and new infrastructure.

Automated production and strategic expansion

A particular focus is on control cabinet construction for the robot generations and industrial automation lines from NEURA Robotics. In future, the production of control units for humanoid and mobile robots will be realized at the premises – highly automated, efficient and at the cutting edge of technology. Alongside this, the complete assembly processes for the mobile robot series will also be located on site. Existing business with external customers will not only be continued, but also strategically developed further. Control system construction for third-party companies as well as quality testing, industrial assembly and engineering remain central components of the portfolio – with the aim of significantly increasing productivity and efficiency through state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
